<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3>Many are very happy about it, and, many are
not.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3>BUT...</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3><U><EM>It's here again</EM></U>.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3>This is the 25th year for it, and the <U>last</U>
under retiring founder Fred Puglia's iron hand.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3></FONT></STRONG> </DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=4>In this town, ANYTHING that lasts 25 years is a
"Celebration"!</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3></FONT></STRONG> </DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3>Decatur Celebration is such a hot-point for
people...</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3><EM>Friendships are
strained.</EM></FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3><EM>Marriages crumble.</EM></FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3><EM>The space/time continuum is
altered.</EM></FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3><EM>Planets collide.<BR></EM></FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=3>So, from the keyboard of someone who has been a
<U>huge VERY vocal detractor</U> of Celebration for many, many moons, I
will <U>shockingly</U> say this:</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=5>Come down to Celebration and have
fun.</FONT></STRONG></DIV><STRONG></STRONG></DIV>

<DIV></FONT><FONT size=3>Remember if you are parking during DECATUR
CELEBRATION in Garage B (the one across from our front door) you have to
<STRONG>ASK THE PEOPLE TAKING YOUR MONEY FOR A VALIDATION FORM</STRONG> so
participating merchants (like the Avon) can give you back your $5 parking fee!
(with a minimum $5 purchase, of course)</FONT></DIV>
