THE NUN (R)
When a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life, a
priest with a haunted past and a novitiate on the threshold of her final
vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together they uncover the
order's unholy secret. Risking not only their lives but their faith and
their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the same
demonic nun that first terrorized audiences in "The Conjuring 2," as the
abbey becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned.

CRAZY RICH ASIANS (PG13)
"Crazy Rich Asians" follows native New Yorker Rachel Chu (Wu) as she
accompanies her longtime boyfriend, Nick Young (Golding), to his best
friend's wedding in Singapore. Excited about visiting Asia for the first
time but nervous about meeting Nick's family, Rachel is unprepared to learn
that Nick has neglected to mention a few key details about his life. It
turns out that he is not only the scion of one of the country's wealthiest
families but also one of its most sought-after bachelors. Being on Nick's
arm puts a target on Rachel's back, with jealous socialites and, worse,
Nick's own disapproving mother (Yeoh) taking aim. And it soon becomes clear
that while money can't buy love, it can definitely complicate things. 
Critics Consensus: With a terrific cast and a surfeit of visual razzle
dazzle, Crazy Rich Asians takes a satisfying step forward for screen
representation while deftly drawing inspiration from the classic -- and
still effective -- rom-com formula.

INCREDIBLES 2 (PG)
Everyone's favorite family of superheroes is back in "Incredibles 2"--but
this time Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is in the spotlight, leaving Bob
(voice of Craig T. Nelson) at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell) and
Dash (voice of Huck Milner) to navigate the day-to-day heroics of "normal"
life. It's a tough transistion for everyone, made tougher by the fact that
the family is still unaware of baby Jack-Jack's emerging superpowers. When a
new villain hatches a brilliant and dangerous plot, the family and Frozone
(voice of Samuel L. Jackson) must find a way to work together again--which
is easier said than done, even when they're all Incredible.
