DESPICABLE ME 3D (PG)

STEVE CARELL and a host of other star names add their voices to this witty and slightly twisted tale that "crosses over" from kid's movie to something for the whole family...
Unlike certain other 3D movies that are currently playing at theaters, this one was MADE for 3D.
That means the 3D effects should have more of a "wow" factor, but we will know that for sure when we can see it.
This is only the Avon's 2nd 3D movie. The first was back in early May with "Clash of the Titans", which was a "post-production" 3D process that left something to be desired.
For the sake of argument, let's call DESPICABLE ME the Avon's FIRST real 3D movie!
I am hoping it lives up to its promotion!

>From the phenomenal series of books, comes the 3rd entry in the equally phenomenal series of movies.
This is said to be the BEST one yet, and from what the hundreds who have seen it at the Avon so far have told me, that looks like the truth!
Those of you who have not seen any of the previous ones, don't worry...you'll pick it up fast.
Basically, one not-so-bright girl is in a kind of love (like?) triangle with 2 boys.
One of those boys is a vampire and one is a werewolf.
It sounds complicated, but it really isn't.
What it IS, however, is good Summer popcorn-picture FUN!

NO 3D SURCHARGE??!!
HOW CAN WE DO THAT???

Well, honestly the question should be: How can we NOT do that?
We are the LOCAL guys; we have to face you at the grocery stores and restaurants every day.
We can't hide behind some huge faceless corporation.
We can't lock ourselves away in some ivory tower and pretend predatory pricing is "just business".

We are VERY AWARE of how tough things are out there, especially for families...
HOW can we charge you 3D charges of $3.50 EXTRA (like the "other guys" do) on top of already higher ticket prices and still sleep at night?

Well, we ain't gonna' do it! 

AND, you know what? The "other guys" will STILL get the bulk of the business on "DESPICABLE ME" and other upcoming 3D films, unless YOU do YOUR part and SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT WHAT WE ARE DOING!!

Remember: FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS WASTE MONEY ON BOGUS 3D CHARGES!!!

Steer all of them to THE AVON, where we realize MOST OF US are pinching every penny these days!
(Politicians and Wall Street scalawags excepted, of course!)

COME SEE ME THIS WEEKEND!!
